The Otomí community in Mexico is celebrated for their fantastical embroideries inspired by nature and mythology. Discover the magical story of Otomí embroidered traditions and create your own colourful embroidery to brighten your home!

Description

To get us inspired I will give a little presentation at the beginning of the workshop about when I visited the Otomí artisans in Mexico! You will learn how to design your own embroidery pattern, transfer an embroidery pattern, set-up an embroidery frame and the Pato de Gallo embroidery stitch.
